4W Land Management Services LLC is a family-owned land management and excavation company based in Kerens, Texas, serving landowners and property developers throughout Navarro, Henderson, and Freestone Counties. We were founded in 2025 by Payton and Catie Wilson, and everything we do is built on one principle: be honest with the people we work for.
Payton and Catie started 4W with a simple goal: provide dependable land management and treat people the way they’d want to be treated.
We know the value of hard work because it’s how we’ve always lived. Whether we’re clearing land, building pads, digging ponds, or moving dirt, we take pride in doing the job right the first time.
